Meet the Team
Claudia Greene, EA
Claudia is a Wisconsin native and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, where she earned her BBA in Management. She began her career in tax preparation at H&R Block, where she spent 12 years building a strong foundation in individual tax services. Claudia then continued her professional journey at a CPA firm, where she worked for 21 years gaining extensive experience and deepening her expertise in tax preparation and client support.
In December 2023, Claudia took the next step in her career by launching her own business, bringing decades of knowledge, care, and attention to detail directly to the clients she serves.
Claudia has been married to her husband, Bill, for 36 years. She is a proud mother to her daughter Jen, a son-in-law, and a grandson, as well as her son Nick and his fiancée. Outside of work, Claudia enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, exploring genealogy, reading, and tackling puzzles.
Velma Garcia, CPA
Velma Garcia is a Certified Public Accountant who brings more than 20 years of experience in public accounting to our team. She has provided tax and accounting services to individuals and a wide range of small businesses, helping clients navigate complex financial matters with clarity and confidence. Her career includes 20 years with three local accounting firms, as well as 10 years in industry focused on financial accounting and reporting.
For more than two decades, Velma has delivered practical, thoughtful solutions for individuals and small organizations. Her primary areas of focus include individual and business taxation, where she combines technical expertise with a client-centered approach.
Velma graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Business in Accounting in 1985 and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1993.
She lives in Dallas with her husband, Mike. Outside of work, Velma enjoys spending time with her adult children and three grandchildren, volunteering, jogging, traveling, trying new restaurants, and attending concerts.
Gale Wagner
Gale Wagner is Claudia’s Assistant and brings decades of professional experience and community involvement to the team. She grew up in the town of Lamesa in West Texas and currently lives in Fort Worth with her husband of 44 years, Mike.
Gale holds a BBA in Marketing and spent 27 years in the banking industry, where she held numerous leadership roles. Her experience includes serving as Head of the Loan Department, Compliance Officer, and ultimately Vice President – Branch Manager and Marketing. Throughout her career, she developed a strong reputation for operational excellence, customer service, and organizational leadership.
Gale was deeply involved with the HEB Chamber of Commerce, serving as Chairman of the Power Networking Group, Ambassador, Chairman of the Ambassadors, and a member of the Board of Directors. Her contributions were recognized with multiple honors, including the Gertrude Tarpley Spirit Award, Ambassador of the Year, and Business of the Year.
Outside of work, Gale enjoys traveling with her husband and is an avid reader.
